2024 Juried Art Show & Sale

The Richter Arts Association will present its 44th Annual Juried Art Show on Saturday, Oct. 19 with an Opening Reception from 2 to 5 p.m. The Award Ceremony is at 3 p.m. The show is open to all area artists including High School and College age students. (Students must be age 25 or younger). Entrants do not have to be members of Richter Arts.  

Receiving will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at Richter House, 100 Aunt Hack Rd., Danbury. Artwork, including paintings, drawings, graphics and photography, should be framed and wired and ready to hang. Sculpture should have a stand if needed. The Selection Committee reserves the right to jury out any piece deemed inappropriate.

The show will continue on Sunday, Oct. 20 and Sunday, Oct. 27 from 1 to 3 and 4 to 5 p.m.  (Performances will take place from 3 to 4 p.m.) Pick up of artwork will be on Sunday, Oct. 27 after 5 p.m. and Monday, Oct. 28 from 10 a.m. to noon.
